Kia ora, I'm Tohi Henry, Builder and Founder of Henare Construction and The Henare Collective™.

Construction isn't just what I do, it's who I am. Immersing myself in the trade from day one, honing my skills, and building a work ethic that still drives me today.

With over 15 years in the industry, from a family of tradies, and from a time when builders took on nearly every aspect of the job, like concrete works and steel tying, to roofing and scaffolding, I gained a deep understanding of the entire construction process. Today, with everything so specialised or "subbed out", that broad skill set gives me an edge in overseeing projects from start to finish.

Over the years I've worked on everything from residential homes to large-scale light commercial, and development projects. No matter the size or scope, I believe in doing things right. Clear communication, quality work, and delivering results that stand the test of time. I stay ahead by adapting to change and refining my approach, I ensure every project meets the highest standards.
