Elevated Deck Extension

Henare Construction delivered a custom elevated timber deck extension at a rural lifestyle property in Glenbervie, creating a functional outdoor living space that complements the existing home. The project included engineered pile foundations, structural timber framing, a large entertaining deck, two external staircases, timber balustrades and handrails.

Working alongside the architect, structural engineer and geotechnical engineer, the project was constructed in accordance with the engineered design, New Zealand Building Code and NZS 3604. From excavation and pile installation through to the finished decking, every stage was carefully coordinated to deliver a durable, compliant and high quality result.
