Ngunguru Villa Renovation

Ngunguru area, Northland · Whole-house renovation

Finished white character villa with a dark new roof and a covered verandah near Ngunguru
Project Overview

An old villa, ready for everyday life

Henare Construction renovated a 1920s villa near Ngunguru throughout, including a new roof. The work brought the home up to date while keeping the details that make it feel like a villa.

The finished photographs show the kitchen, living spaces, bathroom, relocated laundry and bedrooms. The room that was once the laundry is now the bathroom. High ceilings, timber flooring, stained-glass details and traditional joinery remain part of the home.
